Last night was GREAT! You can tell by the amount of slime that is being thrown us. Break out the poopcorn, it's going to be another late night!
Absolutely right! The one negative thing I say about the convention is that they have not given President Bush ANY credit for any successes - including keeping us free from attack by the Islamajihadists!
Shame on them.
Other than that - Sarah Palin is excellent, her family is beautiful, her reformer spirit is terrific, and she is going to help elect John McCain President and herself as vp.
The left are in such fear and trembling now they have gone totally bezerk/crazy - replacing their BDS with SPDS.
Cindy McCain is a classy lady also and will be an excellent First Lady - but her speech was a bit too gushy for my tastes.
I LOVE Piper Palin, by the way! She is the cutest little girl!!!
Have been watching through Cspan. No commentators. Great way to watch this.
It’s funny to see some of these old stodgy Republicans “dancing”.....LOLOL. So this old Stodgy Repub danced a bit too last night after Sarah’s speech....who could keep from dancing after that?

THAT is the buzzword the media is using to TOTALLY AVOID USING THE WORD “conservative”
The word “populist” is a pejorative for the finger in the air decision making. They are trying to imply republicans are just making desperate moves to get elected by pandering to conservatives (the populist majority)

Love her but the speech is a bit on the rambling side. It’s jumping all over the place, in my opinion.

Yes, Cindy McCain is a real good-hearted woman, but that speech just hurt. Too long. Way, way too long. She’s not a good enough public speaker to sustain a 20 minute speech.
But, done is done. Let’s see what John McCain can do.
