Time will tell about Palin.

But for now, it is obvious that you are an insufferable bore.

I’ll compare Palin to whomever I wish. If you don’t like it,
TS.

Bet with your head, not over it.

Quit while you’re ahead, pal. You’re above your pay grade.

Thanks for hijacking a very nice thread and acting like a jerk. I’m sure Ronald Reagan would be so proud of you.

Oh, and here’s the part where you come back with the oh-so-witty comeback.

When my CIC was Reagan times were different. Maybe that is the point.

Your argument holds no water. What do you know about Dutch?
She holds the same beliefs and is closer than anything we have seen since. What do you want to bring up?

Dear Governor Palin,

Courage is knowing that the task you undertake is dangerous and take it anyway. The courage that you and your husband have shown is breathtaking.

I have been praying for you, your husband and your family since I heard Senator McCain's announcement. I have never been so grateful to someone for accepting a challenge of this scale.

Your story is amazing and proves that anyone CAN become President of the United States. We are the greatest nation the Earth has ever known because at critical junctures Citizens have answered the call of their country as you have answered.

I pray for strength for you and Todd. I pray for rest, comfort and confidence for your children. Know that tens of thousands of Americans are praying for you, will vote for you and wish the best for you and your family.

May the Lord Jesus Christ bless you and your family.

TS

>>>>>>Your argument holds no water.

The argument is --- Sarah Palin is the next Ronald Reagan. Take about holding no water. In historic context, that notion would sink a battleship.

Frankly, you appear to be hallucinating too. LOL

I’m not hallucinating at all but I think he would endorse Sarah Palin hands down.

If Reagan was still around, he'd already have endorsed John McCain for President. Leaving the VP choice to McCain.

However, that isn't the issue and you know it.

“Anyone who compares Palin to Reagan, is acting audacious.”

~ <> ~

Check out this debate. About 75 minutes into it, Sarah speaks of reaching her goals and that ‘it doesn’t matter who gets the credit.’

http://gregransom.com/prestopundit/2008/09/sarah-palin-debates-tony-knowl.html

Isn’t that one of RWR’s favorites, in a plaque he kept on his very desk in the Oval Office?
Something like, “There is no limit to what a man can do, or where he can go, if he doesn’t mind who gets the credit.”

So, in your book that means Palin is the next Reagan. Sounds like more of the same bold and reckless nonsense that some have chosen to engage in. You'll never convince conservatives Palin is the second coming of Reagan. So stop trying. Its a fallacy.

Goodnight.

In my book?
Actually, I thought it was pretty neat, hearing her paraphrase that quote.

I don’t claim to know that much about either Palin or Reagan, but I think they might have had a bit of humility in common.

Anyway, g’night.
