Fred and McCain have been good buds for years and Fred helped McCain in his year 2000 election run. Where did you get the idea that Fred and McCain are not friends?

I stand corrected. I probably got it from the Debates where Fred ruled and McCain came up short.

Of course, that obviously means nothing with McCain on the ticket and Fred doing some consulting and getting back into acting.
