If Fred were picked as White House Press Secretary, he would have to go by White House protocol and would not be allowed to say that ( even though, we all know that is what is on his mind when he would face these MSM creeps ).

If you look closely there is a distinct line on the neck where the different shading separates. The neck and head were added to a torso. The more revealing one posed at a bar is even more obvious when closely scrutinized. But framkly, I don’t see why it makes any diff at all.
