She didn’t need the boyfriends permission to put the baby up for adoption. Its good she kept it, though.
Oh yes she did need the baby’s father’s signature to put the baby up for adoption in WA state. I know because I didn’t believe it when she told me, so I made the phone call for her. No father’s signature, no adoption, that’s what I was told.
