Condoms and the pill aren't abortificients [sic, abortifacients]. Also, Bristol is older than 16.0 years old, so she's not a minor in Alaska.

The Pill is absolutely an abortifacient. It's right there on the package insert. So are IUDs, Norplant, and Depo Provera.
Not to mention the myriad proven and unknown health risks of giving girls and women huge doses of artificial hormones continuously over several years.
