I suspect Jindal made Nagin an offer Nagin couldn't refuse...
yeah we need to get this information straight cause if someone dies they will blam bush even if it was a dem that created the problem.
According to AP Nagain is running the show:

I asked on another thread, without a plausible answer, “Who has the authority to order me out of my home and for reason”? Shouldn’t it take a court order?
