Just by looking at Biden’s personality in this clip, I’d say he was hitting the sauce.

Ouch!! Joe looks as though he is that uncle . . . you know, the one that the family loves and worries about and is careful about what events they invite him to.
Sounds and looks like he has been drinking. Some of the comments are unprofessional if not outright stupid. I wonder if Obama is finding out a way to take him out of the picture because if this is what he has to put up with he’s in even more serious trouble than I thought.

I noted when he made a “surprise appearance” at Barry’s coronation that he was drunk then.

It's probably been covered elsewhere on FR, but I thought that kiss was inappropriate -- something taboo about it given the setting and relatively recent "friendship" between the two couples. Most men wouldn't kiss a woman of new acquaintance on the mouth in front of their own wife and the other woman's husband.

I did not hear Biden slurring his words or appearing in any way to be drunk in that video. There are constant references on FR to how horrible DU types are, but this is just as rotten, in my opinion.

He had to be S-faced the day he accepted the VP nomination from Obambi. Either that or he lost some sort of lottery. Nobody is dumb enough to jump on that bus...
Watching the body language on the Nobamas, I’d say they were actually anticipating worse.
