Palin: Global Warming Not Man-Made
August 29, 2008 8:21 PM
ABC News Rick Klein Reports: Among the issues Sen. John McCain will have to smooth over with his new running mate: global warming.
In an interview for the September issue of the conservative magazine Newsmax, Gov. Sarah Palin, R-Alaska, said she does not believe climate change is caused by human behavior.
A changing environment will affect Alaska more than any other state, because of our location. I'm not one though who would attribute it to being man-made, Palin said in the interview, which was posted online Friday.

McCain / Palin ‘08!
Yes!!
Amen. McCain has done more than just keep faith with the conservative movement. He has just found its most perfect expression and showed her to the whole world. Just letting the world know there is a woman like Sarah Palin on this planet is already a victory.
Now it's our turn to show McCain that loyalty is a two way street. You support us and we will support you.
Go to http://www.johnmccain.com/ right now and donate as much as you can.
In the box labeled "referred by" write "Sarah Palin".
That’s exactly what I was thinking.
Wonderful! I’m STOKED about this election, finally! (I may even quit throwing away the McCain requests for donations now.)
I hated voting for McCain because I liked Nobama less. Palin is somebody I can vote FOR and I will do that!!
I thought that Global Warming/Climate Change is caused by illegal immigration. Now that would be handy.
I’m thinking that come November I may inadvertently cover McCain’s name with errant thumb and make a mark next to Palin’s name.
Does anyone else agree that choosing Sarah Palin takes care of the white, male, blue-collar vote for McCain?
Obama must be sick to his stomach right now.
Me too!!! I have dreaded going to the polls, now I can really work for that ticket!!
Her acceptance speech today was wonderful. She covered so many of the things that the Dems would have harped on....they must be working overtime tonight trying to find dirt on her.
Sara just directed the State to join in a lawsuit to overturn the naming of polar bears as threatened
Sara and hubby are both life members of the NRA
She hunts and fishes (commercially even)
Her politics aside, she is an Alaskan
Such a great choice.
This post today was the “final straw” for me. . .
I just sent my first contribution to the McCain campaign!
I’ll bet they are getting record $$$ today from us conservatives.
I have not been this happy about the GOP for years. Things are now exciting and promising.
Well.... she didn’t exactly say she thought the whole climate change thing was a myth.
And she was the driving force behind drastically increasing taxes on oil companies in AK. Before anyone says, “Good! Big oil deserves it!”, just remember, you pay those taxes in higher prices for gas.
I have to admit she certainly seems like the best choice McCain could make. I agree that it would be preferable to have her at the top of the ticket.
Good! Someone who can straighten McCain out on this.
Logical. Smart. Conservative. Attractive.
The polar opposites of Biden or Obami.
The selection of Sarah Palin for veep has me jazzed. It has impacted my vote. I was considering a write-in for President/VP but not now.
GW has managed to publicly mumble what he imagines to be the PC words on the subject, but his regrettable ethanol adventuure aside, has actually done very little about implementing the Warmers' dream plans, thank God.
Now you got Ms. Palin. She doesn't buy anthropogenic climate change. I suggest she get some scientific cover, and fast, before the MSM pillories her and I hope McCain has the balls to back her up on drilling in ANWR.
Fasten your seatbelts, this is going to be a bumpy ride on this issue. I fear the Democrats have frightened the women and children with their pseudo-scientic bullshiite.
I just contributed. Yeeeeeeeeeeee-haaaaaaaaaaaaaa!
Hopefully, I won’t regret it.
