Palin would also be the best person the GOP ever had to advance the pro-life cause.

I hope not!

I was pulling for Palin until I read here on FR that Palin said she would not accept a VP nomination. Now you guys have me so excited that I can’t sleep. A Palin pick would be the knockout punch to both Obomit and Hillary!

Wow. I if I came down at Christmas and found Palin under the tree, I just might start to like uncle Johnnie again...

When did Palin say she would not accept the VP spot? Is this true? I never heard that.

Yep, absolutely. She's walkin' the walk. If the abortion issue came up in a debate with Biden (and it probably would), she'd blow him away.

"Every innocent life has wonderful potential," said Palin.

What a great inspiration, example, and role model this woman is. Doing courageous things such as this does more to change hearts and minds sometimes then just telling people. Her kids names are wild and crazy. She must be a lot of fun too. Hot honey, big family, great resume . . . look out American. Her and John will be a courageous team together with plenty of examples that will put Obama to shame and continue to expose his deception and hot air for what it is. just like at Saddleback.

I have no idea if it was true. It was on a thread discussing Palin and it was mentioned that it was a shame that she had stated that she wouldn’t accept a vp nomination. I was disappointed, but didn’t ask for sources... just took them at their word. So... I’m now hoping it was a mistake and she’s going to be the pick. Praying actually.

I am so geeked!! No sleep tonight. And no leaks!! The MSM don’t even care enough to track this story down.

This will electrify the campaign. (And I am so ticked that I couldn’t buy some Palin for VP at Intrade a few hours ago because of that silly online gambling legislation that won’t let me fund an account with a credit card.)

Palin will bring CONSERVATIVES to the polls for McCain. She probably would attract some PUMAS and younger voters too.

He’ll need a bit of a haircut and shave, but he certainly ends the “how many houses” BS since this guy is definitely Johnny Everyman. LOL

I don’t think Palin said she wouldn’t accept the VP spot. I follow the news on her pretty well and have never heard such a thing.

Leave him just the way he is! No metrosexualization, please. He looks like a real man. And that’s what we need in Washington. Real people. The whole family looks genuine and real.

I’m not going to get any sleep tonight. May as well start cooking for the holiday weekend. Where are the leaks??? All of this has been broken by the blogs. She has got to be McCain’s pick.

“Palin will bring CONSERVATIVES to the polls for McCain. She probably would attract some PUMAS and younger voters too.”

She will also attract females, 50% of the population. More importantly her achievements highlight that Obama is all hype, no substance. Media interest regarding Obama being the AA nomination has played out. Palin will bring a lot of media interest to McCain’s campaign and her views, just at the right time.

"The second is that his campaign has been doing things much smarter....

That is you. McCain whompped Romney, who spent one of the largest amount per votes, ever. Like him or not, McCain is a winner, and that means he knows what he is doing politically.

didn’t quite work out in 2000 but he was up against the established Bush name. Frankly, I still don’t understand why Bush won the primaries.
