So far Barack will:
1. Ban corporations from outsourcing.
2. Force auto manufacturers to lower the price of their cars.
3. Force higher pay for teachers.


He said he'll pay for it by raising taxes and eliminating "line by line" programs he doesn't like.

Last time I checked, the SCOTUS ruled that was unconstitutional.
