Why, of course. And we’d never do that. I mean, the Russians didn’t do anything like that in Vietnam, did they? No, Poot, I can’t imagine how all those EFP’s and Stingers ended up in the hands of the Georgian, ah, “insurgents.” Wasn’t us. Would I lie?

Time to go to DefCon 3, warm up the Minutemen, and scramble the BUFFs!

Hey putty, BRING IT.

You are a bully. You push until people run, cry or fight back. I agree with my countrymen, we should have dusted you after we finished with Germany.

So how does the airpower thingy work out here? What would be the consequences for Tibilisi? I believe we have pledged the rearm Georgia. Medvedev gave an interview to BBC yesterday in which he stated that Georgia would not be permitted to rearm. So we’re going to wrestle with the bear in his own den, over Georgia’s determination to lord it over a “disputed territory” where it is despised, and from which it was ejected some 18 years ago? Yeah, let’s just follow the chest-pounders over the cliff. I’m sure the Poles and French will be right behind us.

“Russia sought Chinese backing for its action - but the Communist regime in Beijing appeared reluctant to offer support, instead issuing a statement saying it was “concerned” about recent developments”.

Now that little tidbit jumped out at me......what do you think that could mean??....are the ChiComs looking for a little bear meat chunk for themselves in the east of russia ?? This is getting curiouser and curiouser

Well, looks like they have drawn two lines in the sand. One in Poland and one in Georgia.

I say we return the favor. Say that any more arms sales to Venezuela, Syria, or Iran will be an act of war. For it seems that the Bear wants war.

So much for Obambi’s “securing our nation’s future” message. McCain can start naming his foreign policy staff now, and the house and Senate can start planning out their foreign affairs committees memberships & chairs.

[snip]Medvedev followed up on Rogozin's broadside with a threat to use the Russian military machine to respond to the deployment of the American anti-missile defence system in Poland and the Czech republic.

...and it means means war if they do so. Sounds like the Russian are becoming a rogue state on their own.

Rogozin is a nazi. Here's his racist campaign commercial promisimg to sweep watermelon-eating immigrant "garbage" from Russia's streets. He is a good representative for genocidal Nazi Russia.
