If the Republican convention next week tries to present the positive side of this country — the advantages, the opportunities, the individual’s ability to make what he/she wants of himself, I suspect it will be drowned out by the MSM deserting in droves to cover Hurricane Gustav as it zeros in on New Orleans and LA.

Why is it the feminists on the left don’t say a word re: treatment of women in the middle east, sex slavery/ traffic, forced young girl marriages and honor killings?

Why is it the gays on the left say nothing re: hanging, stoning, torture of homosexuals in the middle east?

Why do US blacks never say anything re: muslims who STILL take blacks into slavery today... and put CAIR/other dissemblers like Obama in their place?

How can he lie about Selma and not get called out?

This is true but if they can’t take care of them selves it shouldn’t be up to others.

I pay a large chunk from my pension each month for my Health Insurance.

I also never owned a car in my life and used public tras.
