I think the guy is trying to number close but he hasn't built enough rapport. Also, the pistol and ammo belt peacocking is probably a little too over the top for day game. I know I shouldn't make light of such a serious situation but taken in this context, the second picture strikes me as strangely out of place. If you don't know what the hell I'm talking about, google 'Mystery Method.' It was a cable show about pickup artist.
