Evolution is science. It is not religion. It is the same science behind the computer you are using, the car you drive, and the medicine you take. Calling it religion is as wrong as it is childish.

Hypocrites that they are, they don't have a problem abusing and misusing the judiciary to force their viewpoint on everyone else's kids.

Funny how every time parents speak through the voting process and want to allow for creation/ID to be taught along with evolution in the education of their children paid for by their tax dollars, the god hating element files a lawsuit faster than you can say "atheist".

They scream about teaching religion in school and yet don't have a problem teaching THEIR religion.

They claim that they want to teach kids to think but then engage in thought control.

Why not just have the simple solution of having their kids opt out of the creation/ID section of the class instead of wasting taxpayer dollars filing lawsuits to force their belief system on others? Their kids can spend the time in the library (playing computer games likely as not) and don't have to hear it. That option is given in other subject areas where the parents object to course curriculum. It could work here and save the taxpayers plenty of money.
