And I suspect that some of McCain's homes are in Cindy's name, too, or were purchased by her and put in both their names. Unfortunately, we (conservatives) made so much fun of Kerry's six homes (with pictures) during the 2004 campaign that the Rats are just loving this "what goes around comes around" story.
Unfortunately, in the minds of millions of voters, to our great detriment, Bush is greatly affecting the dynamics of the 2008 election and that is politically devastating for our conservative positions.
Even John McCain, the alleged "RINO", may be far too conservative for the majority of American voters to stomach after Bush made the "Conservative" brand as toxic to voters in 2008 as Jimmy Carter made the "Liberal" brand toxic to voters back in 1980.
As a result, we now have the possible pathetic scenario of having America lose a war at the ballot box next November that has already been won on the battlefield because the Commander-in-Chief has allowed approximately 50% of the Home Front to become totally demoralized.
That may be a news flash for you, but the rest of us have already moved on. Try it.
I am moving forward and I have worked as hard as anybody on FR to get Obama defeated in November.
I can, however, multitask and analyze the lessons of the past while working to shape the future.
"Those that ignore the lessons History are doomed to repeat it."
Looking back and analyzing what went wrong so that the same disasters do not happen again in the future serves you well in life.
In the military, such retrospection is called an "After Action Review". In medicine, such retrospection is called a "Morbidity and Mortality Review".
Try it.
It will help you decrease your future screw ups and will benefit you much more than this:
Better Bush's 3rd term than Carter's 2nd!
You were able to see right through pilosi and analyze her like none others have done.
Great catch on the wind and solar theme. We, Republicans, conservatives, have let them get away with way too much blather on that issue. even Boone Pickens in his wildest dreams realizes that we are rather doomed short term(the next 20 years)without petroleum and its many products.
At best wind and solar will account for a very small percentage of the countries energy needs and our real energy needs should be solved short term by nuclear, gasification, crude, bio and other more readily available fuels.
SO GLAD FR IS BACK!
Thanks.
Speaking of Ward Churchill, Bernardine Dohrn and William Ayers are some of his biggest supporters ... I’m sure you’re shocked ...... ;):

Churchill’s an old fool and charlatan.
Thanks for the link!
I love your city by the way. I lived there many moons ago!
: )
You are more than welcome. I was happy to be able to provide the information, even if I did list channel 31 as 13.
After 91 arrests last night, it seems the protests are heating up and getting worse. The next three days are going to be interesting, no doubt.
Comne back ObiwaAnita, only you can save us now
I am not giving 110% support to our new candidate. I am giving 115% support.
Even before it was fashionable on FR to back John McCain, I knew that he was going to be the candidate running against Obama and I have been defending Johm McCain against all comers on FR. If you review a history of my posts. you will see that "Polybius" has been front and center in battling the "purists" than would rather see Obama than an alleged "RINO" in the White House.
George W. Bush is not the personification of either the Republican Party or Conservatives. He is simply a mere mortal that, frankly, he was not very good at his job.
Right now, the opposition's stand is:
George W. Bush = The Republican Party and Conservatism = FAILURE
THAT is what gives ammo to the opposition.
America, unlike North Korea, does not function as a "cult of personality" nation. Examining the failures of George W. Bush does not reflect on Republicans as a whole, or on Conservatives or on America. It only reflects on a mortal and flawed man.
Right now, because of George W. Bush abysmal inability to communicate, almost 50% of America won't touch either the Republican Party or Conservatives with a ten foot pole.
Separating the personal failings of one man from the strengths of our Conservative philosophy does not weaken the Republican Party or the Conservative cause.
It strengthens them.
