My plan would include sending in some of the crackest of our crack troops on the QT to find a purely Russian unit well within Georgia. Then I would make a very public demand that Russia withdraw that unit immediately. They would respond of course by either denying they are there at all or assure us they would be withdrawn. I'd wait a day or so and then I would send in the drones to wipe ‘em out with hellfire missiles. No previous warning, just the quiet of the night being shattered by the sound of hellfires on the attack!

What could they say? We would just deny it and ask them how anyone could have attacked a unit that wasn't there.

It's fun to solve these problems when you don't have to handle any of the consequences!
