Taken into custody of CPS is not “kidnapped”. You may as well say someone who was arrested was “abducted”.

Texas law does not allow men to engage in fornication, adultery, bigamy or polygamy with 15 year old girls. "Marriage," under our Defense of Marriage Act and the Amendment to the Texas Constitution that was passed by more than 70% (I believe 72% or 75%) defines marriage as one man, one woman.
