One can only dream.
For blacks to desert the ‘rat party en masse and form their _own_ 3rd party would be the best thing that could happen to conservatism in this nation in years.
Without the “black vote”, the ‘rats will have a hard time winning, presuming they are competing for votes with a “BLP candidate” in many campaign venues.
And, I doubt that BLP candidates could win many statewide elections, other than for representatives in black-majority districts.
For blacks to opt out of the democrats consigns them to the back of the bus for good.
And the ‘rats won’t be drivin’ as many of dem buses, either!

Well, as of 5 minutes ago no such lawsuit is yet described as having been filed on the Court’s electronic website (PACER).

***I predict that this lawsuit will be thrown out and that will really set the PUMA tribe on fire. Also, since it’s now in the public realm, the RNC can start making hay out of it until a paper copy of the BC is produced.

Besides helping Republicans/conservatives, it would be the best thing for the good Black Americas since LBJ made them slaves of the Rat Party.
It would be the best thing for America since the end of the cold war.
Black racists like Je$$ie Hy Jack$on, Al $harpton, Michelle Obama and her Oreo husband would lose their power and become outcasts in their so called communities.
Last but nor least, the Hate America/Racist Rat party would be out of business for at least a decade.
