Will Warren throw softballs on the issue of abortion?
Will he give both candidates free passes?
Will this be an attempt to minimize the lives of the unborn while giving higher priority of less urgent social issues?

I see a huge bias on Warren's part. He obviously favored Soutero and interacted with him far more than McCain but probably can not deny that McCain is wiping up the floor with boma.

This evening could very well tip the balance toward Hillary at the Dem convention. Wouldn’t surprise me at all to see McCain v. Hillary before it’s all done.

McCain 99 Obama 1 This battle was not even close. When did Obama get "1"?? ;^D

I am extremely impressed with McCain. Obama looks like a naive child compared to McCain.
I don’t see how could anyone who cares about this country vote for Obama.

At one point she nearly screamed at the PC screen for Obama to answer the damn*d question. I had to give her “the look” and she apologized for saying damn*ed, but justified it by saying he was frustrating her ‘cause if you really believe in something you don’t have to hem and haw to get to a point.

I didn’t like him much before tonight, but I’m coming to like him.
Can you just IMAGINE a debate with Obama with no earplugs, teleprompters and liberal moderators??
To: Always Right
LOL, I just switched over to DU. They are all complaining that McCain’s answers are so good he surely had the questions beforehand.

I am relieved, I had googled for some of the things he, (WARREN)has said on abortion/homosexuals etc and was quite worried that he'd let Obama shine ,if you understand what I mean.
If that was his intention, it failed miserably.
When he says he is a moderate, that really bugs me, and stuff like:
"He disassociates himself from the religious right, noting that he shares its position on social issues but doesn't want to focus on them. He focuses on poverty, disease and aid to Africa. But if Warren is part of a "new leadership cohort," as New York Times columnist David Brooks suggests, he sometimes sounds like a member of the old one. Lamenting the "tyranny of activist judges," who obstruct the will of the majority, he evinces no understanding of minority rights or the judiciary's role in enforcing them. Explaining his views about homosexuality and gay rights, he notes, "I don't think that homosexuality is the worst sin," and, "By the way, my wife and I had dinner at a gay couple's home two weeks ago. So I'm not [a] homophobic guy, okay?"
Warren's desire to avoid discussions of issues like abortion, stem cell research and gay rights seems genuine, and is obviously wise. His success derives in part from his focus on crusades that unite people--the alleviation of global poverty and disease. But his faith (like that of others) is inherently divisive. At the end of the day, God is a divider, not a uniter: Non-Christians, however devout, go to hell, along with nonbelievers, whom Warren regards, quite conventionally, as overcome by existential angst and essentially amoral. Without God, "life would have no purpose or meaning," he asserts. "There would be no right or wrong." .

Rush will do another "Uhm...ahh...uhm...I..I...I... uhm... ahhh... (etc.)" vocal summary "for those who missed it" review.
I was having trouble bringing myself to vote for McCain, but I, for one, have found my choice much easier.
By the way, this way of doing this candidate comparison ROCKS!!
