Share your thoughts about the Saddleback Civil Forum, which starts at 8:00pm EST..
Will Warren throw softballs on the issue of abortion?
Will he give both candidates free passes?
Will this be an attempt to minimize the lives of the unborn while giving higher priority of less urgent social issues?

I think it is interesting to keep a candidate in a lock box and then ask the same exact questions without them knowing what the other guy said.

McCain gets more applause in five minutes than Obama got in his hour.

“So am I the only one who came out of this thinking Obama comes off as a smart, genuine, thoughtful guy?”
I will not support a communist. Obama is one. Smart? Sure. More than willing to separate you and your money, your rights and your life or that of your children? Obama is a communist who will undermine our republic with sweet-sounding words and thoughtful mandates. We would be forever diminished by a presidency that Obama could claim. It nearly happened with Clinton, though impeached for the wrong reason. Dare we elect someone who would finish the job? NO.

True religion requires sacrifice, discipline to Christ, living correct principles and lift up others that cannot help themselves.

Oh, he lost me by criticizing the President. He is sounding like a dem.I don't like it when he does that, but I think that is strategic politically. The dems want to make him GWBs third term. He will be quick to point out where he disagrees with Bush for that reason, if for no other.

McCain is simply blowing Obama away. I am surprised CNN hadn’t had technical difficulties with their broadcast.

McCain is actually coming across as quite charming.
Quite an answer on his POW release opportunity. Powerful.
