WHY DIDNT RICE GO TO NATO?

The U.S. is part of NATO.
Georgia is not part of NATO. Pres. Bush put Georgia’s name up for election into NATO this year, but Germany wanted it tabled until next year..We see the result. That’s the reason she didn’t go to NATO.
