Show me where it changed and why can't American women and children get support from the consulates! The first link leads to a 2008 article and stories. It changed with CABLE, but cable was later rescinded in 1936.

I've been hunting for an overturn or law change and have found none. In particular with regards to ASIAN countries.

The conclusion of the court in 1915 was that marriage to a funny little foreign guy was tantamount to expatriation.

What you need to do is research the law to find out what leads to expatriation today.

I'd do my search for that word and see where it leads.
