Is the VFW goverment funded? If it isn’t then the Bill of Rights doesn’t apply does it.
I was actually wondering if Borges really meant that something had to be Gov't funded to have Rights?

I phrased my comment poorly. I meant that they had no Consitutional obligation to render their voice mail message inoffensive to everyone.
