They already sent that message in England with the radiation poisoning...just not so high up the ladder.

But what you say is true...it is clear that Putin's old KGB days are back and out in the open and he may well be willing to do it to anyone who stands in the way.

Putin’s always been a thug, a KGB thug. In fact, I believe I read that McCain says when he “looks at Putin he sees the KGB in Putin’s eyes.”

I don’t love McCain but he sure gets my vote in November.
