According to a post I saw yesterday, the Kenyan constitution clearly states that a foreign national obtaining Kenyan citizenship must renounce that foreign citizenship in order to be a Kenyan citizen. Therefore, the only way Obama legally could be a Kenyan would be for him to have renounced his US citizenship. This needs to be looked into.

Forget the citizen angle - it’s a non-starter.
What is more intriguing is that Obama has never released any of his grades - at Occidental, Columbia, or Harvard.
When it comes to intelligence, which his followers and the media say is genius level, there is no actual measure as to how smart (dumb?) this moron really is. All they fall back on is that he was President of the Harvard Law Review, which was not determined by grades, but PC considerations (like we need a black pronto!).
His real intelligence is marked by “57 states” and “tire pressure” and his “uncle liberating Auschwitz”.
Start demanding Obama release his grades.
And only the 2nd Democrat one, I believe. The other 3 would have been Republicans.

The only thing I know about Obama that matters is that he is an Anti-American Socialist.
After that, nothing he says or does from this point forward would ever make him acceptable as President of the United States of America.

The point is enough American Citizens voted for a person that is anti American, considers themselves to be a “world citizen” and is a socialist come wannabe Communist by ideology and agenda.

I just came across this...it is quite long, so I won’t post it here, but it covers many different possibilities. Maybe someone with legal experience could check it out.
One thing that caught my attention:
He has never explicitly renounced his Kenyan Citizenship and is therefore a Dual Citizen and almost certainly ineligible for the Presidency of the USA. Also Under the British Nationality Act 1948 Barack Hussein Obama, Jr, was born a British Subject since his father held a British Passport and was a Subject of the British Crown. His place of Birth and the Nationality of his mother would be irrelevant since, at that time, British Nationality was transmitted via the father. The only factor that would invalidate this would be that his parents were not legally married. If, in fact, his father Registered his Birth in Mombasa it would provide bona fide evidence that Barack Hussein Obama, Snr, intended his son to have British, or Kenyan, and not US Citizenship. If he did the legitimacy clause in the 1948 Act would cease to apply. Subsequently Barack Senior became a Kenyan Citizen (at Kenyan Independence) and, according to Kenyan Law so did his son, if his Birth was Registered in Mombasa. There would also appear to be evidence that his mother acquired Indonesian Nationality when she married his stepfather and that he did too.

No it doesn't- "Allah" is not Arabic for 'god' Allah is the Islamic gods NAME. "ilah" is the Arabic word for 'god".
"Barak" (no c) means "to bless" or "blessing". There is no "by a god' anywhere in his name.
Hussien means "good looking" or "handsome". If anything his name is something a conceited person would call himself.
For it to mean blessed by (allah) it would be something like Barak abdallah (blessed slave of Allah) or Barak Abdilah (blessed slave of ilah (god))

Dual citizenship? Granholm (Mi Gov) has dual citizenship and that’s why she could never run for Pres..Well that and the fact she was born in Canada. Canada allows dual citizenship but does US?
What they don't say is that his father died in a drunk driving accident. He was drunk as a skunk and had already lost both his legs in a previous drunk driving accident.

It is his memoir fer crissake. If he admitted it in his memoir, he admitted it, and you don't have to put in the disclaimer "according to his memoir..." It sounds like you are saying, "according to the tabloid press, he admitted..." Now I will grant his memoir the status of the tabloid press, but still, it is his own byline, and so we can take it as an admission and not a potentially false allegation by a third party, unless there are two BHOs.
Actually, from the recent press on his nationality and last name difficulties, there could be three HBOs, so it is a nice defense. I am not sure that having a multiple personality disorder is a good place to start one's bid for President, but it is an interesting strategy.
