I don’t see any thing to be gained just floating names for the heck of it. And it can irritate many voters who are having a problem resigning themselves to vote for McCain.

But since you mentioned Dick Morris, I’m still trying to learn who’s winning the “Condi vs. Hillary” match-up he turned into a book a while back.

A number of us out here think floating names is a tactic to keep McCain in the news.

I'm not a McCain fan at all. But I'm voting for him whether I warm up to him or not; either you vote for McCain or not. If you choose not to then one is actually pulling the lever for Obambi.

I personally have NEVER voted for the man it's always been the party.

for me, an entertaining (or annoying) pastime, depending on the name being tossed about (:
