I would start Videotaping from afar so they don’t see you.. and Produce it...in Court.. when YOU ask for a Restraining Order!! haha even use a Tape recording set up a FM Transmitter placed at their Corner and Tape their Conversations..from Your Location! Simple effective and Legal!
Seeing this sort of BS in my old home town makes me wonder how so much human waste from the city and other liberal areas was able to seep into Chester County. :(
