Actually not.

The issue was initially about birth here or abroad, but has now uncovered the possibility, very very good possibility that he is a dual citizen of Indonesia due the adoption of his stepfather.

If he is a dual, not eligible for POTUS.

Also, that would explain the BC cover up as Hawaii destroys originals when adopted.

Why is that an issue? His obtaining dual citizenship through his father is completely irrelevant to his eligibility to run for President.

If he is a dual, not eligible for POTUS.

There is nothing preventing a natural-born American citizen who is also a citizen of another country from running for President. My kids will be dual-citizens from birth because I am a dual Canadian/American citizen, but they will be eligible to run for President.

“Hawaii destroys originals when adopted.”

Is that true for adoptions that take place outside of the State’s jurisdiction.

If Opossum was adopted while living in Indonesia...how would Hawaii know he was legitimately adopted?
