Anyone could present a motion to reject the Electoral College votes for Obama on the grounds that he is ineligible to be elected President. If that Motion was accepted, Obama would be out as a possible President, then and there.
Just recognizing a motion would not be enough. The Senate would have to vote on whether to accept the Electoral College's decision. It's likely it would be accepted.

Or do you see a role for the Supreme Court here? The Constitution seems to give all of the authority specifically to the Senate to validate the vote.

This is a Senatorial decision only. The Supreme Court has no role in this.
