The facts of a forged COB have not yet been determined with legal certainty.
There is question that Obama offered up the alleged forgery. As I understand it, that action was by others.
I understand the dredging around for evidence of fraudulent documents, but until offered as evidence and proven in court, the situation is pretty much like the oft repeated claim that Chelsa is Web spawn.
The facts have been determined quite nicely. Legally, off course not. It will take a lawsuit.
Kos posted it, telling his readers he received it from the Obama campaign. Obama’s official site posted it the same day, and they have had a spokesman “confirm” its authenticity.
They are in deep doo doo, and they know it.
