My brother works in Chino Hills, and the entire building swayed, but the electicity stayed on and the Internet is fine. Cell phones are out though.

My daughter is at summer camp at UCFullerton as we speak. She was able to call me from there to Mississippi on a cell phone. She says it was pretty bad (we experienced a 4.1 just a year ago in Ms...the Wabash fault) compared to the ones we experienced before. Cell phones working there...so far we've had tornadoes back in Feb & Mar in Mississippi and she now experiences this.....
