Fox news just showed live shot of LAX and activity appears normal there.
If I were there, I'd be getting off the Freeway and away from bridges and overpasses right about now!

Not sure about “big”.
If it’s 8 or over, it’s a “great” one.

Welcome to Skidmark Central!
It was a pretty good shake but apart from a few frayed nerves we're fine. Sofalass called, my little drama queen. Slightly freaked, but fine.

Anybody know what the status is at LAX? I'm just south of LAX. It rocked and rolled, but not enough to do any damage.
Other than freaked out passengers in the terminals, they are probably fine.

Here in Malibu, the aftershock seemed longer and stronger than the initial quake.

Is big an official designation? What if the next one is over 6.0? Would that be really big? Yep!
And Sylmar, Whittier, San Francisco, and Northridge were "really, really BIG!"
