With particularity, is there any information other than a street address and the name of the parents as Mr. and Mrs. Barack H. Obama published?
The Hawaii newspapers are in fiche at many public libraries in major cities in the US.
Other information required is Marriage data in the period between December 26, 1960 and April 1, 1961 for a marriage of Barack H. Obama and Stanley Ann Dunham. If someone is looking at fiche copies of Hawaii papers, please look for that also.
HI also required written permission for children under 18 to marry.
