Almost every object in this Hubble shot -- covering only a narrow angular region of the sky --
is a galaxy. If Drake is right, you are looking at a region populated by intelligent beings...

Cool pic.
And the coolest thing about that picture is that it is a demonstration of how carefully God hung the earth so that our night sky was not just a fuzzy cloud of closely packed stars if we were located in one of the spiral arms or in a non-spiral galaxy, or worse yet, not in the galactic habital zone.
