HOW IT STARTED

Shakopee police Sgt. Jay Arras said. the man and his family were leaving Valleyfair around when a man “tried to grab the 12-year-old girl in a sexual manner.”

THE FIGHT

This prompted one of the men to call more friends over, saying they should “get these bitches.”

When the friends arrived, the father “was jumped from behind by all of them,” Arras said

The group then stomped on his head while he was down, according to the victim’s mother.

Though the victim was unconscious, his wife was able to inform police about what happened and identify the suspects. She said that the eight men took turns stomping on her husband’s face as he was on the ground.
