A lady called in to Bill Bennett’s show this morning. She had a son in Iraq when Tony became White House Press Secretary and she felt like someone was finally speaking up for him and his comrads.
It was the point that Rush made, that we finally felt we had a spokesman for our side.
Thanks again, Tony. You touched so many lives and always for the better.
With that said, the world has become a sadder place with the passing of Tony Snow though Mr. Snow would probably dismiss my assessment. I watched a lot of the tribute to him this past weekend on FNC. At the end of Fox News Sunday, Juan Williams stated that Tony Snow could run and dunk a basketball. Brit Hume was flabbergasted and his last words of the program was Tony Snow could do anything.
May God bless Tony Snow.

Bahbah, my first sorrow is of course for his family. I can't imagine their loss. We are so sad and we never even knew him in person--just can't imagine having been loved by him and then losing him so early.
After that, I am so sad for us, conservatives, and for our nation. What a gift to have a spokesman/writer who was the whole package---charming, witty, handsome, intelligent, articulate, kind, loyal, honest, etc....and now that precious gift is gone and far too soon.
