Four years ago there was a big issue about not peaking too early. Also, if Obama gets too beat up in the next eight weeks, Hillary is still in the wings and the Dim' nomination is really not settled since the superdelegates can still easily change their minds.
I'd prefer for McCain to keep a relatively low profile until after the Conventions. Let Obama get most of the press right now, let his mistakes and flip-flops just keep piling up.

Both Mitt and Rudy were on Fox ripping Barry good with the Friends. I wish they'd hurry and get on the campaign trail.
