A special meeting about Dallas County traffic tickets turned tense and bizarre this afternoon.

County commissioners were discussing problems with the central collections office that is used to process traffic ticket payments and handle other paperwork normally done by the JP Courts.

Apparently, their teachers were niggardly when it came to teaching definitions of words.

I think this also shows that JWP and the other guy more than likely weren't even listening anyway. Probably just heard the word "black" and reacted. Idiots.

John Wiley Price is the village idiot, also known as The Dallas Joker. He used to wear a purple suit while sporting his corn rows and bull horn to interrupt traffic on the highway so he could do his protest dance in the 90s.

Use of the word “niggardly” got a white professor in tiouble, once. I can’t remember the details.

It wasn't a professor, it was a city council employee talking about budget expenditure. He got fired, but was later reinstated after the educated world informed the the "City council in question what a bunch of bigoted ignoramuses they were.
