That prompted Judge Thomas Jones, who is black, to demand an apology from Mayfield for his racially insensitive analogy. The judge is a brown (mental) dwarf.

...he doesnt know what a black hole is? I don't think so, and he's just showing his own ignorance. However, with all the media attention, I'm sure Jesse and Al have contacted him and thought of some clever way to spin him out of his own ignorance.

I tell you America has created a monster. Just say racist to anything that does not suit you. We need to come back into the universe. We have a generation that has been brainwashed into thinking they are racist and owe the black community something. On the other hand the government has the black community depending totally on them and not their own ability. It is a MONSTER!

worse. Remember, most people don’t take astrophysics in school and they still somehow know what a black hole is.

Black Hole cannot be a racially insensitive term.
In the context of cosmology and many other areas, 'black' describes the absence of light.
Additionally, there are no black people on this planet. There are very dark skinned people and many of them have ancestors who inhabited parts of Africa.
Just because they choose to call themselves 'black' does not make it true.
Conversely, a singularity that has collapsed on itself and has a gravitational pull so strong that even light cannot escape, is truly 'black'.
So anyone who is offended by the term Black Hole should pick another color to describe themselves. QED.

Commissioner John Wiley Price, who is black, interrupted him with a loud "Excuse me!" He then corrected his colleague, saying the office has become a "white hole." Now that was a racist remark.

The judge want to law school somewhere. Wanna guess the standards of that school? Oops, could be Harvard Law, since they graduated the Obamaloon - who only slightly exceeds W when speaking extemporaneously.
To: TexasCajun
Apparently the science education budget at the judge’s public grammar school was quite niggardly.

Other soon-to-be-renamed items:
black box (on planes)
black robes (on judges-no wonder more African Americans get convicted, it’s the ROBES!) /s
black ball
black list
brown bagging your lunch to work
electrical black outs and brown outs
Feel free to add to the list of offensive items, folks. We feel your pain.

Obviously the only politically correct thing to do is rename black holes to
oh I dont know
other than white holes?
Gravitational singularity or curvature singularity. I'm sure that under an obama administration these terms will become mandatory. After all, even the word "yuk" is now racist.

I like that term. Makes sense.

Use of the word “niggardly” got a white professor in trouble, once. I can’t remember the details.
