Years ago, I read the book Primary Colors. Joe Klein’s thinly disguised novel on the Clintons. There was a scene in which the black protagonist went to solicit the help of a prominent black “reverend” after one of candidate Jack Stanton’s (i.e. Bill Clinton’s) “bimbo eruptions”. The reverend, obviously based on Jesse, says something like: “So, they gonna send your boy up over pu**y?”. I always felt from that point onward that it is probably well-known (though not reported) that the reverend is pretty foul-mouthed. Kinda like his kindred spirit Jeremiah Wright.

Little did I know then that the beeped word wasn't the one Jesse uttered. The old ad didn't follow that word with "molasses" as I see the quote is noted online.

Don’t you think it’s a bit odd this whole thing seemed to play out in a matter of hours? For god’s sake, Jesse’s own son is railing against him. This stinks - big time. It’s a set up that O’Reilly and Hannity fell for hook line and sinker. Isn’t it a bit odd, this is about the best thing that could happen to Obama? You’re being played for a shmuck.

Only in our topsy-turvy bizarro world of PC can a black “preacher” say he wants to cut a black politician’s testicals off for talking down to black people and that’s fine for TV, but when he utters the N-word that gets spewed out in popular music like it’s candy, then it’s too horrible to be broadcast.
