Charlottesville, VA, United States, 07/01/2008 - The America's Hope Foundation, which has planned to air both TV and Radio ads aimed at exposing the truth about Barack Obama, has announced two new radio ads which begin airing in several swing states on July 2, 2008.
America’s Hope Foundation, which plans to run TV and Radio ads in swing states throughout the United States from July to November, announces two new radio ads that will begin airing on July 2, 2008 in markets across the country. The ads may be heard on the Foundation’s website (see below). The ad descriptions follow:
• Obama – Iran ad – This ad focuses on the discrepancies in Obama’s statements related to the nuclear situation in Iran. In his own words, Obama downplays Iran’s threat level, only to dramatically reverse himself two days after. This ad calls into question whether Obama, who seems to have such an elementary grasp of foreign policy issues, will be able to keep the American people safe in this time of war. This ad is airing in Virginia, Nevada, Colorado, Indiana, and Alaska.
• Obama – Sinclair ad – This ad focuses on the allegations from Larry Sinclair, former Obama associate, who alleges that he and the Senator engaged in drug use and sexual activity together in 1999. The mainstream media has largely ignored Sinclair, but his statements must be brought to light so that they may be properly investigated. This ad is airing in Virginia, Florida, Colorado, and Nevada. The ads will air over the next two weeks before a new round of TV and Radio ads are announced.

The lawyer Sinclair had signed to rep him tomorrow backed out at 5pm today.
Somebody in the Obama camp must have got dirt on him.
Sinclair posted a retainer of $10,000 with Attorney Richard R. Wier,Jr and signed a contract earlier today. Then at 5:15 this evening Attorney Wier called Sinclair and backed out of representing him. Sinclair has no time to obtain another attorney in time for his court appearance at 8:30 tomorrow morning.
I wonder what would cause Attorney Weir to back out at the last minute like that? One would think that an attorney would have to give a client more notice than at the end of a business day, with a court appearance scheduled for 8:30 the next morning.

So that means no peace of mind for obambination, Mr. Sinclair is still free and wupping obambi butt.
America’s Hope Foundation needs to find a lawyer for Mr. Sinclair since obama campaign put the screws on the Lawyer he had and he broke his contract to rep Sinclair.

The arraignment scheduled in the Delaware Criminal Case for this morning at 8:30 AM has been continued to July 18, 2008. I did provide the Court with a copy of the agreement entered into by Wilmington Attorney Richard R. Wier, Jr and myself on July 2, 2008 as well as informed the Court of Mr. Wier’s actions at 5:15 PM yesterday afternoon.
I have also contacted the Delaware Bar Association concerning the filing of a formal complaint in regards to Mr. Wier’s acts of the afternoon of July 2, 2008. Including the voice messages concerning the posting of the Detainer from Mr. Wier.
As an added note I would like to state that all the Obamablogonots who were threatening to appear at the Court House for the purpose of harassment and intimidation, did not show.

During Sinclsir’s arraignment court appearance this morning at 8:30, his court appearance was postponed to July 18th to provide Sinclair time to obtain another attorney since Attorney Wier backed out of his contract with Sinclair at 5:15 yesterday.

I am happy to announce two things:
1. I have retained a new Attorney in Delaware. I ill not identify this Attorney at this time, even though we both know that it will become known and posted after he enters his appearance.
2. In retaining this Attorney I was able to enter a Not Guilty Plea to the Delaware charge, whereby avoiding the need to return to Delaware on July 18, 2008.
PLEASE UNDERSTAND THIS ATTORNEY IS RETAINED TO ADDRESS THE DELAWARE CHARGE AND THOSE ISUUE’S RELATING TO THE DELAWARE CHARGE, WHATEVER THEY MAY OR MAY NOT TURN OUT TO BE.
That being said, this Attorney is completely aware of this blog, as well as those opposing this blog and the attacks they will most assuredly lodge against him once his appearance is formally made. All I can say is anyone taking this case might want to say “God have mercy on my soul” so to speak.

Yes, I listened to the Roger Fredinburg show this evening. He had a two hour interview with Larry Sinclair. Roger’s questions were very good, to the point, and Larry Sinclair answered all questions directly. The more I hear Sinclair and read his comments, the more I believe he is telling the truth. Roger Fredinburg commented that he will be having Larry Sinclair on his program again and that he also believes that Larry is telling the truth about his encounters with Obama. Looks like Larry Sinclair is not going away.
That little phrase, "suspended her campaign," validated the notion, didn't it?
That is a legitimate concern.
Also, is the CPD actively investigating Donald Young's murder?

Who knows? According to Sinclair the detective with CPD told him he has Sinclair’s phone records and that their investigation is continuing. Whether the CPD makes their findings public or not remains to be seen.
Larry Sinclair has another attorney (Wier backed out the evening before court), has entered not guilty plea to Deleware charges, and says his attorney is also looking into other matters. Obviously Sinclair is not going away.
Just two simple questions for Senator Obama are in order.
1. Are you going to release your original birth certificate to the public?
2. Have you ever met Larry Sinclair?
It did.
The Clinton's have a vast network of "friends" who will do whatever is necessary to keep the in power and out of jail.
