Yes Obama needs to produce his original BC, we know he has it because it wrote that he did find it in his book.

Now i think the difference is: one means the application/info was submitted by a state recognized entity, i.e. legitimate hospital, and the other one means the info was just ‘taken and filed’ but not accepted as true. So that brings up the question of why?

the whole book was a latter day reconstruction and largely a work of fiction; sure, fifteen years later when he wrote the book, he "remembers" exactly what was in this packet he found, etc. Do you have any such indelible memories from 15 years ago? He couldn't even remember touring the house with Rezko on the day of purchase much less long ago.
