Good to know, I tend to always side for the kids and took his rant very personally and immediately went to look for a good reason WHY he would say such things.
I still think he went completely overboard though on his statements, defense lawyer or not.

For him to make a statement like this, without having a specific witness in front of him, and without having particular testimony that he’s talking about, SHOWS AN OBVIOUS PREJUDICE.
He should be disbarred. He is incapable and brings ill repute on the court.
And after that, he oughta be horsewhipped.
