The fine print is important, but it will be pretty easy to know the outcome just by seeing who wrote the majority opinion.
I’m no legal eagle (and didn’t stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night) so I’m sure I get it, but did they make this a narrow decision, or is this an out and out win with wide application?
