It's All About Obama
Wall Street Journal ^ | June 26, 2008 | Karl Rove

Many candidates have measured the Oval Office drapes prematurely. But Barack Obama is the first to redesign the presidential seal before the election.

His seal featured an eagle emblazoned with his logo, and included a Latin version of his campaign slogan. This was an attempt by Sen. Obama to make himself appear more presidential. But most people saw in the seal something else – chutzpah – and he's stopped using it. Such arrogance – even self-centeredness – have featured often in the Obama campaign. [It's All About Obama] AP The presumptive nominee's presumptive "presidential" seal.

Consider his treatment of Jeremiah Wright. After Rev. Wright repeated his anti-American slurs at the National Press Club, Mr. Obama said their relationship was forever changed – but not because of what he'd said about America. Instead, Mr. Obama complained, "I don't think he showed much concern for me."

Translation: Rev. Wright is an impediment to my ambitions. So, as it turns out, are some of Mr.

8) Muslim congressman, Keith Ellison. Don’t forget, he threw Ellison under the bus the other day too. Ellison was supposed to speak at an Obeymao event, and Obeymao thought better of it and told him not to bother showing up.

The Under the Bus scoreboard to date:

1. Typical white grandma
2. Tony Rezko
3. Jeremiah Wright
4. Trinity UCC (after the umpteenth loony Pflegler guest
sermon)
5. Muslim women wearing hijab
6. Scarlett Johansson “E-mail relationship”
7. Faux presidential seal

8. Campaign Finance Reform

Of course, CFR absolutely belongs under the bus, but it's the hypocrisy of it all!

All the time we thought he was concealing the fact that he’s named after Mohammed’s horse.

In reality his name is “Baphomet.”

From a literary examination of the character “Randall Flagg/The Walkin’ Dude/The Dark Man”:

Characterization

A common characteristic of Randall Flagg is his embodiment of evil. When Stephen King was first creating his vision of Flagg, he based him around what he believed evil to represent. To King, Flagg is “somebody who’s very charismatic, laughs a lot, [is] tremendously attractive to men and women both, and [is] somebody who just appeals to the worst in all of us.” This idea is carried into The Stand, Flagg’s first official appearance in literature. Here, Flagg is characterized as the personification of evil set against Mother Abagail, the personification of good. The character of Tom Cullen describes Flagg as having the ability to kill animals, and give men cancer and disease only by looking at them. Cullen goes on to refer to him as the demon Legion. According to Stephen King, he was not trying to say that Flagg was the Devil. He wanted Flagg to represent a “gigantic evil”, though the character was supposed to taper off by the end of The Stand. King states, “I think the Devil is probably a pretty funny guy. Flagg is like the archetype of everything that I know about real evil, going back all the way to Charles Starkweather in the ‘50s — he is somebody who is empty and who has to be filled with other people’s hates, fears, resentments, laughs. Flagg, Koresh, Jim Jones, Hitler — they’re all basically the same guy.” Though Flagg was never intended to represent the Devil, that did not detract from what King sees as his ultimate goal. King notes that it does not matter who sees him, or how they see him—as Flagg can appear differently to each individual—but that his message is always the same: “I know all the things that you want and I can give them to you and all you have to do is give me your soul.”

Apart from King’s interpretation, literary critics have noted Flagg’s penchant for evilness. Tony Magistrale sees Flagg as a Shakespearian villain. Magistrale compared Flagg to such Shakespeare villains as Iago, Edmund, and Richard III, even going so far as to say that Flagg was an antihero. Magistrale states that Flagg’s evil is based on his ability to cause conflict where it has never been before, and destroy things simply because they are united; though he seeks power, that power is just a resource for him to achieve a higher degree of destruction. Heidi Stringell finds that Flagg truly is “an embodiment of pure evil”, though she also states that he does not represent either the Devil, or any other demon for that matter. Stringell believes that King sees good and evil as “real forces”, and that Flagg’s representation of pure evil is validated by the fact that “he is a killer, a maker of mischief, a liar, and a tempter”. To Stringell, Flagg’s disappearance at the end of The Stand shows that “evil ultimately leads nowhere”. The author goes into further detail when she calls Flagg a “generic hybrid” of the character archetypes “the Dark Man and the Trickster”. To her, it is the combination of these two characteristics, both found in different cultural realms, that force people to face their own “flawed humanity” with the “amorality” Flagg represents.

[Baphomet: Baphomet is a name of unestablished provenance. It first appeared in trial transcripts during the Inquisition of the Knights Templar in the early 1300s. Some modern scholars believe the name to have been an Old French corruption and misspelling of the name Mahomet (Muhammad)]

I’m no shrink but Obama has a severe case of Narcissistic Personality Disorder.

Here’s a interesting post....

Question: How can i start a cult like jim jones/barrack obama?
i know at the end you come up with a mixed cool aid potion, but what about the beginning and middle?what need to be said/done in order to get these gullable people to each donate me money?

Answer: The Barack Obama phenomenon starts with a little mental disorder called Narcissistic Personality Disorder. In common language, you can say that Obama has Messiah Complex. Obama is trying to compensate for being abandoned by both of his parents. His father left him shortly after his birth. His mother left him when he was fourteen. Both losses devastated him, as he reports in his memoir.

But white liberals hailed Obama, even as a child, because he is dark skinned, and he is culturally white. He wrote about this in his memoir, as well.

So, Obama has two forces: one telling him he is worthless (his parents abandonment) one telling him he is Messiah (white liberal embrace and worship.)

Lack a core personality, Obama developed into a narcissist. He needs to believe that he is above all other humans. He conveys this need so compellingly and others follow along.

Narassistist don’t like criticism. I think Obama and Jones are similiar in many ways but without the Kool Aid. I noticed Obama has put up a No Smear Force Field around him. Its the same way how Jim Jones moved his congregation to South America so he could keep his No Smear Force Field intact.

Narassistist distort the truth to prompt up their delusional image and expect everyone around to follow. Look at Obama’s Birth Certificate. Everyone down at the campaign office believe Obama has the correct paperwork and they see his seal. Narassistist are insecure and uncomfortable living in their own skin...people who cling to them is another subject.

Do we really want Obama in the highest office in the United States and able to push the nuclear button?

Modified Presidential Seal Called a “Transitional Form”

Presumptive Democratic presidential nominee, Senator Obama brushed aside criticism of his appropriation of a modified Presidential Seal in his campaign appearances, calling it “a transitional form of the seal. I’m not too happy with the eagle, it’s an aggressive bird. And the arrows are terrible symbolism. But I felt it would be too traumatic to try to change it all at once.”

Obama’s seal includes the same bald eagle clutching an olive branch and arrows in its talons, but in place of the stars-and-stripes shield in the center of the eagle’s body, is the campaign’s trademark “O.” Instead of saying “ “Seal of the President of the United States” around the outer ring, the words “Obama for America” and www.barackobama.com appear.

“Ultimately,” Obama indicated, “completely new symbols will have to be found.” The senator is reputed to favor replacing the eagle with a turkey. “Ben Franklin suggested a turkey as the national bird,” Obama recalled. “I often ponder what our history would’ve been had this more pacific creature been chosen.”

Eastern Star Baphomet

Obama's "hope" poster. There was a thread here the other day that displayed the pentagram above with the upside down, magnified, and decolorized lapel button in these posters. Wish I could find the thread and the picture, but I erased some mail and now can't find it. Some of the posters don't have the star in the backdrop of his lapel button, but some of them do. Apparently, he has contracted with three artists to make these posters for him. Flip the image upside down if you have a photoshop program, and blow it up. It's clearly a satanic pentagram with a "goat face" in the star. Does Obama know that he has an upside down pentagram on his lapel button in some of these posters? I don't know, but then, he didn't know his own internet site was a hacker's dream either, so maybe he can't be concerned with silly details like these.

As far as "Randall Flagg" and "The Stand," I'm not a big fan of King's books anymore, but that book was definitely my favorite one by him, and I read it more than one time. His character on the made for TV series was the most entertaining character in the series, imo. I wonder if Obama can go from playful aloofness to instant outrage at the drop of a hat the way Flagg did. So far, we don't know much about Obama's private demeanor with subordinates, although I did read a story on here today about a reporter that said some things that he didn't like, and him calling the guy on the phone and going off on him. I wonder how he is when he gets angry? He definitely has the "petulant child" aspect of Flagg's character covered, and he's pretty much displayed that publicly plenty of times.

Yes, and then couple all that with Frank Davis, a well known commy being his black "mentor" at an early age, and then later, the venerable, ex-muslim, black militant, Rev Wright, filling in the rest of his empty soul with all the wonderful thoughts he preached for 20 years, you have the Dem nominee for prez. This nation is insane.

If we need to defeat Obama...we need a army of psychologist and social workers who knows the mechanics of breaking down a Narcissistic like Obama and make him impotent to his followers.

Does anybody know any professionals who deal with getting people out of cults?
Obama has these characteristic over his followers.

Yes, this is a good post and this is a good editorial.

Rove uses every day words such as self-centeredness as opposed to narcissism but comes up with a psychological profile consistent with present psychological constructs.

Actually, Obama is better understood by remembering what Nietzsche had to say.

Nietzsche would see Obama's underlying motive as a "will-to-power" with the desire to excel and prevail as central to his character. Among the payoffs of a win Obama achieves something that surreptitiously drives much presedential politics--secular immortality via the history books.

But Nietzsche's theory of morality explains the rapid changes in his positions. People with "master morality" measure the world as to good and bad. "Good" is what is good for them and "bad" is what is bad for them; hence, to Obama's way of thinking there is little or no cognitive dissonance and any such dissonance belongs to people who don't understand.

Nietzsche's other broad morality category was "slave morality." Here, still having a strong will-to-power slaves cannot directly confront the masters. What they do is to use guilt, blame and shame to control the masters. The slaves turn things upside down--power is now bad since the meek shall inherit the earth and riches are worse since a rich man cannot anticipate heaven any more than a camel can find its way through the needle eye.

Obama, like all master temperaments, has to constantly struggle with moral judgment from the masses (slaves)who are trying to control him. Good luck I say to anyone who tries.

In the meantime, to prove I am a nice fellow, please note that President Bush is a successful case study not only in the will-to-power but, also, in the master morality theory of morals.
