An ebonics named holiday for blacks, er, I mean african Americans, in the middle of the warm season. Hmmm. What could possibly go wrong?

As a Texan, I want to know what the heck folks in Minneapolis are doing celebrating Juneteenth. ‘Tain’t their holiday.
Any excuse for a party, I guess.

Is it possible for members of the gangsta bloodline to get together without gunshots as part of the gathering? Would be like getting two or more muslims together without the word blood not being part of their conversation. ;-)

Junteenth happened in TEXAS. I don’t understand Blacks in other states celebrating it. They’re trying to make it a national holiday. Ridiculous!!!

Any truth to the rumor that juneteenth is a celebration of the invention of the cheap, disposable crack pipe?
To: WOBBLY BOB
From the article: The festival offers an exploration of African American history, culture, and wellness through a mix of new and old programs and activities opportunity to remind blacks that 150 years ago some of their ancestors were enslaved. This ensures that racial tensions will exist for generations to come.
