President of Papal Council for Christian Reunification, Cardinal Walter Casper says Vatican has no intention to recognize Kosovo's independence, reports InterFax.

"Until this moment, the Wholly Synod has not recognized Kosovo as an independent country, and has no intention to do so" said Casper in an interview published by Magazine "Itogi".

In the Interview, the Cardinal explains that Vatican understand why "Russia and the Russian Orthodox Church are worried with Kosovo" and admit that Kosovo is "craddle of the Serbian Orthodox Church".

According to the Cardinal, the Wholly Synod understand that "each national minority as a right on social, religios and cultural existence, including the Kosovo Albanians as well as the Serbian minorities that live today on Kosovo's territory".

The new Pope is getting down to brass tacks.

I guess it's a big.."uh-oh" for the islamic thugs.

Now for a bit of the old crusades in Europe.

The Pope has-- in the past -- addressed the issue of Islamic extremism. For example:

"Terrorism is a serious problem whose perpetrators often claim to act in God's name and harbour an inexcusable contempt for human life."

But the B92 version of this only says that the Vatican won't recognize it now which means they won't necessarily hold firm to that position. The Vatican has committed too many sins/evil deeds against Serbs to be trusted.

I think the Pope understands and sees what a Muslim Kosovo means for all of Christianity. He wisely does not want to be part of this theft of Christian land. Yes Christian land because this land belonged to the church.

If you look at history, Muslims, long before the Al Qaeda nonsense was even thought up, were in the business of taking Christian lands and making them Muslim. Churches were made into Mosques and Christians were forced to convert or face a blade across their neck. However, once they converted they were granted titles and that is how Islam has and is still spreading.

They couldn't care less as to why NATO helped them, all they know is they have an opportunity to spread their disease deeper into Europe.

That’s a good sign...I hope the Vatican keeps its word...but I won’t hold my breath. The KLA terror statelet reeks illegitimacy.
