I watched his most recent tv town hall that FNC broadcast live. Of course I’ve seen snippets of him at his other town halls.
It’s like someone dropped a quarter in his slot and he does “stream of consciousness” rhetoric for an hour. He’s totally enamored with all things from the McCain brain as they flow forth from his lips.
Too many things in the McCain brain aren’t well thought through. They only work as sound bites for the mushy middle who are being led like sheep by the MSM.
Like putting ANWR off limits to drilling because “it’s pristine, and I believe we should keep it pristine”, or “it would be like drilling in the Grand Canyon” (no, it wouldn’t be ANYTHING like it).
Garbage like that.
This is pandering to that segment of America that has mush for brains and is swayed by catch words, slogans and soundbites of the day.
Also, we have to remember that McCain is a WORSE communicator than George W Bush.
Who knows for sure what he meant but we sure know how awful it sounds (but he thinks it’s inspired because it came from the McCain brain)...
