Neal really nails it frequently. He ought to change his name to Nail Boortz.
I’m supporting the Constitution Party. Chuck Baldwin has a firm grasp on reality...the GOP are toast.
It might also be said thus, Senator McCain:
Americans are right to be offended when the extravagant salaries, expense accounts and retirement deals of Senators and Congressmen...bear no relation to the success of government policies and legislation nor the wishes of the voters.
McCain seems to be the "reform candidate" who is all in favor of reforming...everything but the federal government.
I agree completely. Chuck Baldwin will get my vote.
Everything except for the reality that he won’t win.
McCain does get it once in a while. But, the problem with McCain is that he will be the leader of the Republican party and it is McCain and his beliefs, in large part, that have led the GOP to the wilderness. McCain is part of the problem and not a solution.
This "election" seems to be more about who gets to flush this country down the toilet, than who will PROTECT and DEFEND the CONSTITUTION!
Agreed, but Obama is an even bigger problem. In this election I will not be voting for McCain...I will be voting against Obama.
That's why I'll almost vote for him.
Yeah, the Consitution Party won’t win. I look at it this way, President Obama will give on three Ruth Baden Ginsburgs on the Court and McCain will give us three David Souters.
Is that enough difference to matter?
Four or eight years in the political wilderness might be just what the GOP needs...it has really, really, lost its way.
If you think the CP has a firm grip on reality, you need to get one.
This bunch of crooks sucked me in at one time but my eyes were opened wide when I heard their obnoxious radio ads during the 2000 and 2005 elections.
They were trying to convince voters that Bush was more dangerous than Gore or Kerry. What a bunch of morons.
These cowards are more than willing to take your money and your hope and give you nothing in return. If they would actually have the guts to run as Republicans, they may actually hold office but this way they know full well they will never have to govern and be open to scrutiny. They can continue to stand there and pretend to be more sanctimonious and never have to prove it. They are a den of thieves and cowards.
They don't want to win. They want to appear more self righteous. They're worthless. I was once sucked in by their wonderful sounding rhetoric but now I have only resentment for them. They do nothing to improve our country.
McCain gets it. McCain gets it very well. His advisors get it also.
Presidential campaigns on behalf of ANY candidate don't function in a vacuum. Internal and quite accurate polling is done and analyzed daily. Strategery for WINNING is based on the vox populi. The experienced and savvy powers-that-be in ANY campaign DO listen to the people.....and they listen closely.
And where do the populi stand today? Generally, in the middle....much to the dismay and chagrin of conservatives who are haplessly on the outside looking in where both candidacies are concerned.
Decades of leftist indoctrination in education, the media, Hollyweird, religion, etc. is bearing fruit in this election.....and the campaigns of both candidates are aware of this. Ergo, the battle has commenced by both nominees for the votes of the independents (read liberals) the undecideds (read liberals and the mushy middle (read liberals).
Unfortunately, this is reality politics, and all our conservative lamentations and protestations will not change a bit of it.
McCain and Obama BOTH get it.

While Bush isn’t as bad Gore or Kerry, he has greatly harmed conservatism and has failed as a conservative. Eight years ago we had a strong budget surplus. Now we have a large deficit due to his massive spending. For several years into his Presidency, he never vetoed a single spending bill. Bush is in favor of amnesty and failed miserably to secure the border. Prescription drug plans and No Child Left behind have created more socialist government intervention. Bush failed to privatize social security, one of his “campaign goals.” Bush never really campaigned and spoke to the American people on conservative values. He also has led the GOP to the wilderness.
McCain is 95% Republican 5% of the time. No matter who wins the elections the democrats have won.
OBAMA IS AN IDIOT BUT MCCAIN IS EVIL. I would rather know my enemy than have my ‘friend’ stab me continually in the back. Wait till McCain addresses the hispanic hitler party known as the LaRaza - I will never vote for this wolf in sheeps clothing.
